I’ve put this site together as a guide to pilates. I love running, but I’ve had a bad back for many years and now my knees are going the same way, so I decided to limit may weekly runs to one or two. This quickly lead me to gain a pound or two
, so I searched for something which was fun to do (with lots of variations so I don’t get bored!) and which would keep my back in good condition. I did buy an inversion table a few years ago, which helps my back
Thanks for visiting my site. I've been practising Pilates for a while. I used to do a lot of running, but having a bad back has meant I've reduced the amount i do significantly - I've found Pilates is fantastic for keeping me fit and supple, so I thought I'd spread the word and share this website with you.
